NOTE: IS subject to change!

Here's the Fatal Fury Crew (Ryo-Fatal Fury Specail; King-There's 25 for Fatal Fury; 26-Samurai Showdown. The "extra's" Cham-Cham, so...)!

Ok, I've made some goofs, and I'll admit it. It's hard to keep track of all of these characters, decided who's going to like who (how do you think Ryuji got his idea about Mary?), and stuff like that there. My first big boo-boo was leaving out Kazuki and Rick in rd1! Fixed it. I've now discovered I've left Duck King out; I think King (AOF/KOF) makes a better player anyway^^! If it turns out I've left out some one from SS (or some newbie comes for a home version), I'll bring him in.

Next issue: I said why Mai's in SS1 (in my own fun way). For the time jump on SS's side, I used Charlotte. However, if you've played KOF '95 for GB, you'll see that Nakoruru's there. I'm cutting SNK for not including ANY SS in a REAL KOF, but when I have the shot to do something, I bomb! Oh well; tell me what an idiot I am ("Hey, it could have happened to anyone" would be nice, though! =) If you read up through Wan-fu's match, you'll see how I fix it, and explain the "green skin." (The color of Game Boy's screen)

Terry Bogard, Andy Bogard, Joe Higashi, Billy Kane, Geese Howard, Mai Shianui, Kim Kaphwan, Axle Hawk, Lawrence Blood, Wolfgang Krauser, Blue Mary, Ryuji Yamazaki, Bob Wilson, Franco Bash, Duck King, Cheng Chinzan, Tung Fu Rue, Big Bear, Jin Chon-Shu, Jin Chon-Rei, Juebi Yamada, Hon-Fu, Sokaku Mochizuki, Ling Xiangfei, Ryo Sakazaki, King, Rick

Behind The Scenes

Are you ready? Here it is, THE FATAL FURY V SAMURAI SHOWDOWN EPIC!

How many of you recall Gen-an's and Haohmaru's ending from SS1 (yea, I know it's a long ways back, but...)? I don't know about anyone else, but I haven't heard ANY SORT of explanation. I don't know, maybe it's because all the anime, magna, etc take FOREVER to come to my realm, IF EVER; but I have not seen any attempt to explain how Mai of the late 1900s can be in the late 1700s, which is when SS occurs.

Was she spirited away? Did she get caught up in some crazy time-jump-thing? Maybe the agents who worked on SS needed a girl with--appeal--to try and bring in gammers...

Regardless of what the truth may be (it's out there somewhere, isn't it?), I'm going to create a story of my own to explain what happened and why.

You can vote for the winners of fights once they begin! The fight, isn't that why we play these games?

In addition to the onslaught, there will also be a lighter side (something for you all). We'll take a real, close, in-depth look at the relationships between the guys and gals.

How so? Is there really some connection to Mai and Gen-an, or is just a random chance that they have the same last name (DON'T send me ideas about this, PLEASE!)?

Will Mai finally get Andy to willingly admit his love for her (you've seen their vs poses in KOF '97?)? Is now the time for it to come to bloom?

Then, there's big brother Terry. Mary seems to like him, and Terry seems to return it (KOF '97). How deep will they go?
FYI: I won't feature his `girlfriends' from the anime; they aren't a part of the actual game, and so they won't be seen.

That leaves us with Joe. Of the trio, he's the only one who "doesn't get the girl" (as he so says in FF:TMP). Maybe Ling Xiangfei...

Samurai Showdown's relationships:

Can Charlotte get Haohmaru to return her feelings, or will he stay devoted to his girlfriend?

How about Kyoshiro and Mizuki? You saw his SS2 ending, right? With the demon no longer controlling her, will she want him?

Some have spoken about Galford and Nakoruru as a duo. Both claim to be enforcers of justice, in one form or another. Is that enough to start the sparks of love to burn ablaze?

This and more will be answered as the epic unfolds. Enjoy and thanks for stopping by!

Ok, it seems that the majority say Amakusa's Hanzo's SON (despite what was in the SS anime...it had Amakusa as a WOMAN!); so for this epic, Amakusa's a guy.
